Snorre Svartdal Berge

Snorre is a curious, eager-to-learn and tall person from Jar in Bærum. Like many others in Bærum, bandy was his sport when he was young, but later he became more and more interested in training aimed at muscle growth and maximum strength, and has himself done a fair amount of powerlifting training.

With a background as a personal trainer, he has broad experience in exercise, especially strength training. Snorre therefore has high competence in using exercise in the treatment of a range of different musculoskeletal complaints. In addition, he has an interest in sports-related injuries and overuse injuries, and finds it exciting to work with long-term pain problems.

He is keen on patient education and on patients feeling that they receive sufficient information about their diagnosis/condition. This is crucial for a good course of treatment. Snorre keeps himself professionally up to date and spends a lot of time on this so that you, as a patient, can feel confident that you receive the right treatment.

In treatment, Snorre Svartdal Berge uses:

  • Guided rehabilitation
  • Adapted exercise programmes and home exercises
  • Shockwave therapy
  • Trigger point treatment
  • Exercise guidance/personal training

Outside Behandlerverket he climbs peaks on skis, lifts heavy at the gym or learns new practical skills – such as welding.
