Cookies

Here you can see which services the website uses, and when they can connect to other providers.

Change consent

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time.

Google Maps

Google Maps is linked to the Preferences category. The map loads automatically when you accept this category. You can also choose “Show map” to load it once. Google then receives data about the visit and may use cookies.

Google reviews

The website fetches reviews from Behandlerverket's shared review service. On the clinic map, this happens only when you select a clinic marker.

Analytics and ads

The website uses Google Tag Manager to manage Google Analytics (the Statistics category) and Google Ads (the Marketing category). We use them to count visits and appointment bookings per clinic, and to measure which ads lead to bookings. Your name, national identity number, telephone number and information about your health are never sent to Google.

If you have consented to Marketing, we also use the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram, Meta Platforms Ireland). It records page views (not on My appointments), clicks on telephone number and email, contact forms sent and that an appointment was booked (with the price), so that we can measure which ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to enquiries and bookings. Your name, national identity number, telephone number, email and the treatment you have chosen are never sent to Meta. The Meta pixel is not loaded until you have consented to Marketing.

No cookie for statistics or marketing is stored or read on your device until you have consented. Google Tag Manager is, however, loaded on every page, with the consent signals set to “denied”. In that state no cookies are set, and you do not get an identifier that can recognise you on a later visit — but Google still receives your IP address, which page you are on, where you came from, and that consent has not been given. This happens on every page view, even if you decline: declining keeps the signals set to “denied”, it does not stop the request itself. If you consent, cookies are set and the tools work as normal. Read more in the privacy policy.

With consent, Google can set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics, up to 2 years) and _gcl_au and _gcl_aw (Google Ads, up to 90 days), and Meta can set _fbp and _fbc (the Meta pixel, up to 90 days). If you withdraw your consent, they are deleted. Cookies that Meta sets on its own domain (for example fr on facebook.com) cannot be deleted by us; you control them in your Meta account or the browser.

Necessary storage

The browser may use necessary storage when you choose a clinic and patient type on the booking page, and to remember your consent choice (cc_cookie). If you have consented to Statistics or Marketing, the browser also stores a short note in this tab (up to 30 minutes) so that the same booking is not counted twice.
