Jørgen is a tidy and organised guy from Engelsviken in Østfold with a great commitment to people, health and smart solutions. He has long experience in treating musculoskeletal complaints, and works particularly with back- and hip-related issues. He also treats common complaints such as neck and shoulder pain, as well as foot and ankle problems. Jørgen has a special interest in long-term and complex pain presentations, where a holistic approach is important for achieving lasting results.
Before training as a naprapath, he worked both as a medical NCO in the Armed Forces and in the ambulance service, experiences that have given him a solid understanding of people, health and function in different life situations.
Jørgen has run a clinic at Fredrikstad stadion for 14 years and is highly committed to innovative and smart solutions for preventing sickness absence and measures aimed at public health, with a particular focus on muscle and joint health. He has also led two research and development projects on long-term health follow-up of employees, with support from Innovasjon Norge and the Regional Research Funds.
In addition, he has lectured to nursing, social education and biomedical laboratory science students at Høgskolen i Østfold.
