Anette is an outgoing and active naprapath from Fredrikstad with a great interest in people, exercise and health. She has previously worked as a naprapath in Oslo, and is also a qualified nurse. Anette greatly values the combination of the two professions and the opportunity it gives her to see patients from several perspectives.
She has a sporting background herself and has previously played football for Sarpsborg 08 in the 1st division. Today she works with most issues involving muscle and joint complaints, but has a special interest in neck and headache problems. She is also interested in women’s health, and is keen to adapt treatment and rehabilitation to each patient’s needs and level.
With Anette you get individually adapted exercise programmes, and she also arranges group training with companies or groups of friends.
In treatment, Anette uses:

Outside Behandlerverket, much of her time goes to family and friends, and at home there is plenty of activity with three active boys. When time allows, she likes to fit in a few training sessions a week, whether that is CrossFit or runs with friends.
