A training area for the clinic's patients

The training area is for patients who have had an examination with one of the practitioners. It is not an open gym. Your practitioner can help you with exercises adapted to your course of treatment.

Reserve a time in Oslo city centre

Choose "Fri rehabilitering" (open rehabilitation) in the Oslo city centre online booking. You can reserve 30 minutes. The practitioners may use parts of the area to instruct other patients at the same time.

Please remember

• Wear indoor shoes or train without shoes.
• Clean and wipe down the equipment after use.
• Be considerate of patients and practitioners.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
